So I was working on Ifrit’s headstock. Ya know just smoothing it out when a small chunk got pulled out from some of the twisty grain…. Fack. So I take my sanding sponge out and start sanding, everything’s looking alright then I realize one side is smaller than the other…fuck. So I get my plane out and start planing and bam huge chunk goes and I throw it against the wall.

After some advice from mr. Aaron Rose I was bak on track. I didn’t have a scraper so I just took my planet blade and sharpened it on a stone. Then use it as a scraper. It worked beautifully! Then, determined to finish the night with this in clamps I just pressed on. I feel much better now.
